Please note the Welling shop is closed on Sundays but the online Upholstery Shop is always open.




We are an old established (1929) 3rd generation family firm who have been in our current shop since 1936. There is a picture of the shop taken in 1950 below. In the picture are my grandfather (with his guide dog) my father and a long serving employee.


We are upholsterers and soft furnishers and are members of the Association of Master Upholsterers and whatever your upholstery or soft furnishing requirements we believe we will be able to help. If we do not list what you are interested in or you are unsure what you need then please ask us and we will do our best to oblige. You may be contemplating reupholstering an ancient sofa or just replacing a broken spring; either way we are here to help with free advice about any DIY upholstery project you may be considering and have a range of free help sheets in various subjects.
