Prices
The price charged will be that ruling on the day of delivery. All our prices
include VAT A full receipt will be given if required
Description and weights of products
There may be slight differences in the appearance of items but we will always
make every effort to ensure the quality and suitability of any product. Weights
and sizes quoted are approximate and can have slight variations, particularly
with conversions between metric and imperial weights and measures.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases and we will accept returns within 14
days of receipt and in re-saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase
price excluding all postage costs. We regret that items which have been
specially ordered or cut to size cannot be returned. If you wish to return any
item please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Delivery
All the items are professionally packed; we pride ourselves on our packing. You
may pay a little extra, but your product will get to you in the condition it
left us. Most of our fabric is sent out on a cardboard tube, to prevent
creasing.
Small Items Delivery prices are for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only and
delivery is by Royal Mail. We always keep proof of posting on 1st & 2ndclass
Parcels Items (over 2Kgs.) are sent out using Parcelforce 48 hour service. You
can upgrade to Parcelforce 24 hour service if you require a faster service.
All postal costs are quoted on Parcelforce zone 1 so if you live in postcodes
IV,HS,KA27-28,KW,PA20-49, PA60-78,PH17-26,PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE you will have to
include a Zone 2 surcharge and for postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 a zone 3 surcharge.
The surcharges can be found under the Parcelforce heading and should be added to
your shopping basket. We are sorry we have to operate these surcharges but our
margins are not sufficient to cover the extra postage charges.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times but will always try to get orders
dispatched within 2 days of date of order or as quickly as possible after this
time. In the event of any further delay we will endeavour to notify you and
advise the expected delivery time.
We are happy to quote for delivery outside the UK mainland.
Your Privacy
We will not under any circumstances share any details with any third party.
Other than notifying you of details of your orders we will not send you any
advertising messages unless you have chosen to go on our mailing list from which
you can be removed at any time if you so wish.
