- Just a short note to thank you for your excellent srvice. I picked you via my google search engine and although there were slightly cheaper alternatives, I liked the look of your website. I placed my order at 1500 yesterday and you dispatched the goods at 1615. Amazingly, the parcel was delivered this morning and I have already completed the repair to my sofa. - I could hardly believe the excellent service that you have given me since Sunday. At 11:15 on Sunday morning I placed an order with you for a replacement serpentine spring to replace one that had broken in my easy chair at 10:45 that morning.
