We need to know your details such as name, address, email, billing and contact information to allow us to process and complete your order. Other than notifying you of details of your orders we will not send you any advertising messages unless you have chosen to go on mailing list from which you can be removed at any time if you so wish. We do however share address and contact information (such as email and/or phone number for EU destinations) with our couriers as is required for them to deliver your products.

If you choose to register an account with us (and not shopping as a guest), you can also edit and change your account details, by selecting Edit My Profile, when you are logged in. Prices and VAT
The price charged will be that ruling on the day of delivery. We are VAT registered business. No tax will be added to the price when you pay, as 20% VAT is included in the prices. Please ask for a VAT invoice, leaving a note at the checkout or via E-Mail quoting your order number.
Description and weights of products
There may be slight differences in the appearance of items but we will always make every effort to ensure the quality and suitability of any product. Weights and sizes quoted are approximate and can have slight variations, particularly with conversions between metric and imperial weights and measures. Goods sold by the metre are supplied in one length; in larger orders, if there has to be a join then an allowance will be made.
- The Gift Voucher is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
- The gift voucher is only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited
- To redeem the voucher, a minimum Purchase Price (the total price of the items you buy) may be required. It does NOT include related postage and packing costs. Please, contact us in a day of redeeming the voucher if you wish P&P to be included in its value.

We want you to be happy with your purchases and we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt and in re-saleable condition for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret that items which have been specially ordered or cut to size cannot be returned. If you wish to return any item please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Please notice: buyer pays return postage unless faulty.

ALL ORDERS OVER £240.00 (inlc.VAT) TO THE UK MAINLAND (zone 1) WILL QUALIFY FOR FREE DELIVERY. Post & Packing costs will be based on the weight of your order and the delivery area. Bulk charges may apply to orders that are heavy and/or bulky. For zone 1 deliveries it will be automatically calculated at the end of your order. You may cancel your order at any stage of the ordering process.
All the items are professionally packed; we pride ourselves on our packing. You may pay a little extra, but your product will get to you in the condition it left us. Most of our fabric is sent out on a cardboard tube, to prevent creasing. Small Items Delivery prices are for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only and delivery is by Royal Mail.
Parcels Items (over 2Kg) are sent out using Parcelforce courier service. IMPORTANT NOTE: Parcelforce do not include weekends so if you need something delivered on a Saturday you will need to contact us. There is a surcharge for this option of £20.00.
If you live in postcodes IV,HS,KA27-28,KW,PA20-49, PA60-78,PH17-26,PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE you have to pay a postage for Zone 2 and for postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 a Zone 3 postage will be calculated. In order to cover the cost of parcel postage over 2kg to Ireland, you will need to pay higher ParcelForce postage. We are sorry we have to operate these surcharges but our margins are not sufficient to cover the extra postage charges.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times but will always try to get orders dispatched within 2 days of date of order or as quickly as possible after this time. In the event of any further delay we will endeavour to notify you and advise the expected delivery time.
We are happy to quote for delivery outside the UK mainland if you can not find your country in the delivery destination list.
